Key Responsibilities

As the CRO Team Lead Marketplaces you are responsible for development and growth of all marketplaces websites in Europe. Your primary goal is to improve conversion rates on specific high-value landing pages, websites as a whole and optimising the customer journey to suit this.

You will develop and optimise the process of A/B testing, user testing, conversion focused design, statistical analysis and optimisation using a variety of industry leading tools, while ensuring all learnings are effectively shared across our marketplaces organisation. 

Your systematic approach will drive results and add value to our company. Youʼll be responsible for building, managing and guiding a CRO team and work closely together with all relevant stakeholders in order to improve our business and to reach (margin) targets.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for site improvements.
  • Build and lead a diverse CRO team.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders for resource optimization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous testing and optimization.
  • Provide ad-hoc optimization support across all business areas.
  • Ensure landing page quality aligns with UX guidelines.
  • Research and evolve CRO software/toolsets for efficiency.
  • Report results and establish best practices across marketplaces websites.

    Requirements

    Your qualifications

  • You enjoy managing a team and have at least 2 years of experience managing a CRO team of 2 members or more
  • Project management isn’t a problem for you
  • You have worked in CRO for at least 4 years
  • You’re able to deal comfortably with diverse (junior- senior) stakeholders
  • Being analytical isn’t a problem for you
