As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Providing prompt and effective support to shop managers and staff via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Assisting with the resolution of operational challenges, coordinating with various departments to address and solve problems.
  • Monitoring and managing service requests, ensuring they are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
