  • Act as the primary contact for store teams, assisting with IT, HR, logistics, and finance-related matters.
  • Operational challenges and ensure they are promptly escalated and resolved by the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming queries via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of all requests.
  • Collaborate within a multicultural team to uphold high service standards and deliver efficient support.

  • Able to perform in morning and evening shifts. Sunday emergency service (remote work) is fairly distributed among the team.
