As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Operational Support: Serve as the main point of contact for store teams, assisting with issues related to IT, HR, logistics, and finance.
- Problem Solving: Identify and escalate operational challenges, ensuring they are addressed promptly by the correct department.
- Ticketing System Management: Handle incoming queries through phone and ticketing systems, ensuring all requests are properly logged and tracked.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards and provide efficient support.

- Minimum of MBO educational level
- Fluent in Polish + German or Dutch
- Able to perform in morning and evening shifts. Sunday emergency service (remote work) is fairly distributed among the team.
