As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Operational Support: Serve as the main point of contact for store teams, assisting with issues related to IT, HR, logistics, and finance.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and escalate operational challenges, ensuring they are addressed promptly by the correct department.
  • Ticketing System Management: Handle incoming queries through phone and ticketing systems, ensuring all requests are properly logged and tracked.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards and provide efficient support.

Are you immediately available for the coming 7 months + estension?Do you speak fluent Polish + Dutch or German?

  • Minimum of MBO educational level
  • Fluent in Polish + German or Dutch
  • Able to perform in morning and evening shifts. Sunday emergency service (remote work) is fairly distributed among the team.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across departments, including IT, HR, and finance
