Functieomschrijving
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Providing prompt and effective support to shop managers and staff via phone, email, and internal systems.
Assisting with the resolution of operational challenges, coordinating with various departments to address and solve problems.
Monitoring and managing service requests, ensuring they are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Profiel
What do you offer:
Fluency in German (Dutch or other European language is a big plus)
