Head of HR Projects Processes and Systems (CR/4007815) Hoorn, Netherlands
A global retail company is looking for a talented Head of HR Projects, Processes & Systems (HR PPS) to join our Human Resources team. This role reports directly to the HR Director and focuses on leading HR projects, optimizing processes, and managing HR systems across our international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate HR projects across multiple countries.
- Process Optimization: Design, optimize, and monitor HR processes to ensure efficiency.
- System Management: Develop and maintain the HR technology landscape.
- Compliance: Ensure effective risk and control management within HR processes.

Requirements:
- Academic level education
- 7-10 years of international HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Proven project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word (experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Signavio is a plus)
Startdate: 14-04-2025 / 31-10-2025
Working Arrangement: Hybrid way of working, 3 days on site.
