  • Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.
  • Process and verify employee data in HR systems.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.
  • Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.
  • Archive documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
  • Support testing of new systems or system changes.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.

Are you immediately available for 32-38 hours/week?Do you have 1+ years in administrative roles and speak fluent english?

  • Education: Minimum of MBO-4 or equivalent
  • 1+ years in administrative roles
  • Language: Basic proficiency in business English
  • Technical: Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of HR systems is preferred
  • Works accurately and double-checks data
  • Works constructively with others and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
  • A contract till Dec 2026 with the potential of extension
  • 32 – 38 hours a week
  • Hybrid mode: 2 days at the office, 3 days at home
  • €2600 – €3200 per month based on 40h and experience
  • International environment
  • Shuttle van from Hoorn Central Station to the office
  • Working from home allowance: €2,40
