- Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.
- Process and verify employee data in HR systems.
- Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.
- Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.
- Archive documents in compliance with regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Support testing of new systems or system changes.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.

- Education: Minimum of MBO-4 or equivalent
- 1+ years in administrative roles
- Language: Basic proficiency in business English
- Technical: Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of HR systems is preferred
- Works accurately and double-checks data
- Works constructively with others and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
- A contract till Dec 2026 with the potential of extension
- 32 – 38 hours a week
- Hybrid mode: 2 days at the office, 3 days at home
- €2600 – €3200 per month based on 40h and experience
