Job Profile Senior Recruiter

As the Senior Recruiter you are responsible for: 

Setting up talent pools; 

Coordinating the use of various media channels; 

Creating online content for the target audience;

Conducting job interviews; 

Providing a positive candidate experience; 

Advising (line) management and acting as a solid business partner;

Participating in complex and challenging projects; 

Overseeing the onboarding process. 

Requirements Senior Recruiter

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:

Several years of experience as a Recruiter (agency or corporate) within the Dutch labor market; 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree equivalent with relevant work experience; 

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build a solid network; 

Experience in establishing talent pools;

You should be confident, have a strategic vision, and be proactive in your approach to work;

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken);

Availability of at least 32 hours per week.

Offer Senior Recruiter

For this position, a salary between €4500 and €5500 gross per month is offered, based on a full-time employment, knowledge and experience. In addition, the client offers attractive secondary employment benefits, such as a good pension scheme, flexible working hours, and an annual bonus.
