Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5+ developers, balancing hands-on coding (50%) with mentorship and team management.
- Design scalable, cloud-based solutions and oversee development of high-quality software.
- Conduct code reviews, address technical challenges, and ensure best practices in security and development.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align business needs with technical execution.
- Drive Agile methodologies and continuously improve workflows, tools, and team performance.
- Maintain documentation for onboarding, knowledge transfer, and software development processes.
- Occasionally travel to collaborate with offshore teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- 2+ years leading software development teams.
- Strong expertise in AWS/Azure, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React.js or Angular) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Gitflow, IaC).
- Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks is a plus.
