Are you a recent graduate in a commercial direction or do you already have some work experience in an commercial & analytical role? This traineeship provides you with an opportunity to fast-track your career and gain a professional position within the retail industry.

You will be joining Action, one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers. With over 2500 stores across the continent and a product range that changes weekly, you will be part of a dynamic and challenging environment, with lots of opportunities for growth! The traineeship will start the 1st of October!

Responsibilities Traineeship Commercial Analist (Retail)

During this traineeship, you will receive guidance and training to become a Commercial Analist in just 17 months! The program prioritizes both professional and personal development, with a mentor assigned to guide you through your personal development plan. You will receive specific assignments related to the commercial control department, as well as participating in courses and workshops that will help you gain the experience needed to become commercial & analytical expert.

The office is located a 25-minute drive from the northern part of Amsterdam, and is easily accessible by public transport.

Requirements Traineeship Commercial Analist (Retail)

What we are looking for:

University or HBO level, preferably in a commercial/financial direction;

Experienced in working with Excel;

Acquainted with using data systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP);

One to two years’ work experience, in a commercial/analytical role;

Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) .

A base salary around €3200 gross per month during your traineeship;
